When God created this world, thankfully besides our parents (who always love us unconditionally) He created Friends, people who we laugh with, share the most joyous moments of our lives, talk our heart out(specially when we are feeling low) and even argue/fight with!!
Still our friends remain an integral part of our lives!
I still remember my school days wherein i practically had no friends unless i passed my primary school, reason being that i was too shy and still in my imaginary world! i found my first group of friends when i was in eighth standard and I'm so glad that I'm still in touch with a couple of them, even after fifteen long years.
Many people believe that you keep meeting new people all along your life and hence you keep making new friends, however contrary to this belief, i have realised that no body can replace your old friends. one may start working and find new people to interact with or even share a place but the comfort level one shares with their old pals is hard to be found!
I've also come across people who try and mix up "socialising" with "friendship" and say that they have a huge friend circle, however I personally believe that the social circle does not always comprise of friend(s) only, they may be your office colleagues, your acquaintances, your contact but possibly not your friends.
Friends for me mean people who i can share everything and anything at any point of time, we may not be in regular contact but once we sit down, we have loads to catch up with!
i love being with my friends or even chatting with them,(especially with the long-distance ones), sharing our photo albums with each other, thanks to the online web album technology, gossipping about the whole world or even bitching at times and so on......
This day I especially thank all my friends for always being there for me and i also Thank God for gifting me with such beautiful people and yes needless to say I love my Freinds!!
